Let the countdown begin

Wow! I can’t believe that it is already September. Up in the Pacific Northwest we had a very hot summer and I think we can officially say it is over now that the rain is back. This time of year is always very busy for us at MyShan Dairy. The kids are back to school, work is extra busy, and it is show season. This year we have taken on an additional challenge. At the end of the month our processor will be installed and that’s the last step before we can start bottling our own milk for sale.

We are excited for this new step in our journey to becoming a one of kind dairy farm in our area. But, with this comes many challenges. We are having to do a lot we don’t have as much experience with. For example–We now have a website, a Twitter, an Instagram. Before the only exposure that our little farm had was a page on Facebook and managing that was easy. But with the way that our busy lives work, a lot of advertisement is now done online. So, here is my shameless plug–will you like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter and Instagram?

Thanks,

The Guernsey Girls
